Matthew 7:13-14

"You can enter God's kingdom only through the narrow gate.  The highway to Hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way.  But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few find it."

Hey everyone! Happy New Year!
Ugh.
It has been over three months since I made a devotional and I have no excuse for that.
The only thing I have close to an excuse is that junior year seems to be crushing me.

The weight of homework and pressure to do SAT and PSAT things and the pressure to be a good Christian girl and the pressure of the play for my school I am a part of are all crushing me.

And that's the only excuse I have.
I have struggled in my mind and heart the last few months.
Wrestled with ideas and beliefs and friends who believe very differently from me.
I have wrestled with what on earth to write about in my devotionals and the motivation to sit down and get one written for even just one person.

So what I can tell you is this:

I WILL write up a devotional. Soon.

I don't know when, but I feel awful in my heart for holding out on every one of you and this blog that I spent so much time and effort on last year. It is coming. 

For now, I dare you all to smile to at least ten people tomorrow. And every day.

Go on.  I DARE YOU.
